Beyond bowls and beverages, we create moments. We are looking for a proactive brand and events professional who can turn ideas into memorable customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
IF YOU THINK WE MIGHT BE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, LET US SHARE WITH YOU YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Ownership & Innovation
Own assigned offline brand initiatives, ensuring The Summer Açaí’s tone, visual identity and personality are consistently expressed across real-world customer touchpoints.
Independently research and propose distinctive, commercially relevant brand initiatives, partnerships and customer engagement opportunities.
Translate seasonal campaigns, product launches, cultural moments and consumer insights into compelling physical experiences.
Champion brand consistency while proactively challenging how customer experiences can be made more engaging, meaningful and memorable.
Identify lifestyle trends and emerging customer behaviours and convert relevant observations into actionable concepts.
Outlet & Product Brand Experience
Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen product offerings, in-store brand
experience and customer engagement.
Take ownership of assigned product launch workstreams, including concept
refinement, naming, product storytelling, descriptions, packaging, launch materials
and customer-facing communication.
Translate campaigns into engaging in-store experiences, coordinating menu boards,
promotional displays, product merchandising, packaging and other touchpoints
across outlets.
Partner with the Brand & Events Senior Executive and Operations teams to develop
and implement consistent brand presentation standards.
Independently visit outlets to assess brand presentation, campaign execution,
customer understanding and the overall experience; identify gaps and drive follow-up
improvements.
Develop concise outlet briefing materials covering product knowledge, key selling
points, campaign messaging and the intended customer experience.
Gather customer, outlet and sales feedback; evaluate product launches and
recommend improvements informed by customer behaviour and commercial
performance.
Brand Activations & Events
Conceptualise, plan and execute pop-ups, live stations, workshops, community
events, collaborations and other experiential initiatives.
Own assigned event projects end to end, including proposals, timelines, manpower,
equipment, inventory, logistics, vendors and operational readiness.
Ensure event visuals, messaging, setup and staff interactions reflect the brand and
deliver memorable customer experiences.
Coordinate closely with outlets, Operations, Logistics and relevant partners; oversee
on-site setup, execution and teardown when required.
Anticipate execution risks, resolve issues proactively and implement improvements
for future activations.
Partnerships & Client Support
Proactively identify, prospect and pitch corporate clients, event organisers, gyms,
schools, wellness brands and lifestyle partners.
Manage enquiries for bulk orders, live stations, workshops and private events,
including proposals, negotiations and conversion.
Build long-term client and partner relationships and identify opportunities for recurring
collaborations.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop scalable event offerings that
contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
Commercial Performance & Project Management
Manage assigned project budgets, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders with
strong ownership and cost discipline.
Monitor event revenue, costs, profitability, leads, conversion rates and campaign
outcomes; balance creativity with commercial viability.
Prepare concise post-event and post-launch reviews with client/customer feedback,
performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Proactively flag challenges, recommend practical solutions and follow through on
agreed improvements.
Maintain organised project records, lead pipelines and reporting to support team
planning and accountability.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events, Communications, Business or a related
discipline.
Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, events, partnerships

independently from concept to completion.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity, customer experience,
operational feasibility and business outcomes.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of brand storytelling, visual
presentation and customer engagement.
Resourceful, solutions-oriented, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to
