Global Platform and Process Manager

Your new role

A global organisation is seeking a senior transformation leader to take end-to-end ownership of its Entity Management processes, operating model and platform-enabled delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating a scalable global standard while ensuring local regulatory, statutory and operational requirements are properly understood and addressed. You will lead parallel country implementations, strengthen governance and controls, and drive digitally enabled ways of working across markets, delivery hubs and enterprise platforms.
The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Technology, Transformation, Legal, Compliance, Finance and market leadership. It will suit a pragmatic operator who understands jurisdictional complexity but can challenge unnecessary variation and move global delivery forward with pace and discipline. You will own and maintain the global Entity Management process standard and Target Operating Model. Define clear processes, controls, roles, data ownership, hand-offs and service outcomes across global jurisdictions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience within entity management, corporate services, company secretarial operations, legal operations, regulatory filings, governance services or a closely related professional-services environment.
• Proven experience owning or leading global processes across multiple countries, jurisdictions, delivery hubs or market teams.
• Strong knowledge of entity lifecycle processes, corporate actions, statutory registers, compliance calendars, filings, document governance and client data.
• Demonstrated success leading process transformation, Target Operating Model implementation and multi-market delivery.
• Experience managing business readiness, UAT, training, adoption, implementation cutovers and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, data flows and upstream and downstream dependencies across complex enterprise platforms.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Transformation, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Commercial functions.
• Experience managing complex budgets, resource plans, vendor commercials, technology capex, opex and headcount requirements.
• Excellent planning and execution capability, with the ability to manage compressed timelines and multiple delivery tracks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convert complex process and technology topics into clear executive decisions.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing on a global scale.
