• Gross Salary Range: SGD 3,000 to 3,500

Role Summary

As a Restaurant Captain, you will be a senior service staff member responsible for leading the service crew on the floor and ensuring excellent guest experiences. You will play a key role in managing queues, seating arrangements, order taking and service flow while guiding junior team members during busy periods.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead service crew during daily operations

·        Manage customer queues and seating arrangements

·        Guide customers with QR code ordering and take customer orders using tablets / POS system

·        Ensure prompt and attentive service through out the dining experience

·        Guide and support service crew members on the floor

·        Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas

·        Promote menu items and recommend signature dishes

·        Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently

·        Monitor guest satisfaction and address minor concerns

·        Maintain food hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

·        Minimum 2 years of as a Senior Service Crew or Captain in a high-volume F&B environment

·        Able to lead junior crew members and part-timers during shifts

·        Positive attitude and team-player mindset

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·        Food Safety Course Level 1 (WSQ)

·        Energetic, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure working environment

·        Strong customer service mindset with a warm and approachable personality
