Role Description

The Quality Assurance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang, responsible for maintaining and improving product quality across all production stages. This role includes implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures, monitoring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications, and conducting inspections and tests on electronic coils and related components. The Quality Assurance Executive will document findings, prepare reports, support internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions. Day-to-day tasks also involve analyzing quality data, identifying trends, recommending process improvements, and ensuring that safety and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience applying structured methodologies to manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles, including setting quality objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience or training in Quality Auditing, including planning audits, performing assessments, and documenting nonconformities and corrective actions.
• Background in Food Technology or related technical disciplines is beneficial, especially for understanding compliance and safety standards in production environments.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, industrial technology, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using quality tools and software for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact with customers and auditors.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
