Tanggungjawab
Support project and technical teams in managing and maintaining project documentation.
Receive, register, catalogue and maintain electronic and hard-copy
drawings, reports, submissions and project documents
.
Manage document numbering, revision control, distribution and filing systems.
Ensure the latest approved drawings and documents are properly recorded and easily retrievable.
Coordinate document submissions and correspondence with project teams, consultants, contractors and relevant parties.
Maintain document registers and accurately update project information.
Retrieve drawings, documents and information promptly when requested by project personnel.
Ensure confidential and sensitive documents are maintained according to company procedures.
Perform other project administrative and document-control duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum
2–3 years of Document Controller experience
, preferably within the
construction, engineering or M&E industry
.
Good understanding of
construction drawings, document numbering, revisions and technical documentation
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with
Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint or other document-control systems
would be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Meticulous, organised and able to maintain accurate records.
Able to work independently and support multiple project stakeholders.
