Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
