Role Description The Sales Specialist – Lab Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting laboratory instruments and solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Sales Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical and commercial information, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries, supporting after-sales service coordination, and meeting assigned sales targets. The role also requires ongoing market research, attending relevant events or customer visits, and delivering training or product updates to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and respond effectively to inquiries.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product presentations, user training, and technical briefings to laboratory personnel.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments, scientific workflows, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in scientific or medical equipment, is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to customer sites within the region as required.
• A diploma or degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
