Key Responsibilities

• Plant Start-Up: Set up initial inventory, ERP master data, SCM procedures, and SG-MY cross-border logistics prior to operations.
• Planning & Procurement: Align supply with customer demand, manage purchasing/budgets, mitigate shortages, and handle supplier evaluations.
• Warehouse & Inventory: Oversee storage, FIFO, lot traceability, and chemical/dangerous-goods segregation (drums, IBCs, isotankers) with QA/EHS.
• Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate order delivery commitments, CoA documentation, import/export customs, and freight management.
• Leadership: Lead and train the SCM team, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: 10+ years total SCM/logistics experience; 5+ years in management.
• Industry: Chemical manufacturing/distribution preferred (semiconductor chemical experience is a plus).
• Key Skills: Import/export, batch-controlled inventory, warehouse operations, and new plant setup experience.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
