Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology products and strategic initiatives, from discovery and planning through implementation and post-launch optimization.
Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and architecture teams to define product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and actionable product backlogs.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management to ensure timely delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and recommend continuous improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Support change management, user adoption, and product rollout activities.
5–8 years of experience in Technology Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
Proven experience delivering enterprise technology products, platforms, or digital solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization capabilities.
Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, APIs, and system integration concepts.
Professional certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or PRINCE2.
Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or the Public Sector.
