Assist in planning and supervising the daily care and support of residents.

Organise and conduct suitable activities and programmes to enhance residents’ well-being and quality of life.

Conduct monthly resident interviews and maintain accurate records of the discussions and follow-up matters.

Check and monitor the condition of the Home’s equipment and arrange for maintenance or report issues when required.

Monitor the cleanliness and general upkeep of the Home’s premises.
