As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll gain practical exposure to corporate branding, audience engagement, marketing communications, and business development.

Role Focus

This role is suited to a creative, curious, and proactive individual who wants to develop hands-on marketing experience across research, content development, campaign coordination, and digital communications. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas while learning how marketing supports business growth and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Market Research: Track industry trends, research competitor activity, and gather insights into target audiences and market developments.
• Content Development: Create written and visual content for social media, recruitment initiatives, corporate events, and other marketing channels.
• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, including digital and print promotional materials.
• Marketing Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and assist with preparing basic performance reports.
• Brand & Growth Initiatives: Contribute creative ideas and explore new approaches to strengthen audience engagement, brand visibility, and business outreach.
