• Diploma or Degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.

• Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good account management and follow-up skills.

• Able to maintain good relationships with clients.

• Able to work independently.

• Willing to travel between Malaysia and the Philippines regularly.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Account Manager to manage assigned accounts and maintain good relationships with clients.

The candidate will be based at RK Philippines and will travel between Malaysia and the Philippines regularly. The candidate will report to the Brand Manager in Malaysia.

• Manage and maintain assigned accounts.

• Maintain good and professional relationships with clients.

• Communicate and follow up with clients regularly.

• Handle account-related matters and provide proper follow-up.

• Monitor account status and maintain accurate account records.

• Prepare regular account reports.

• Coordinate with the Malaysia HQ on account-related matters.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
