Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Malayan Healthcare Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash and staff claims.
• Assist in audit, tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Prepare reports and perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar position is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiar with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation and general ledger.
• Experience in handling invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, claims and financial documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data management.
• Experience with accounting software or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to maintain proper and systematic financial records and documentation.
• Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in audit and tax preparation is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
