WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in F&B is required.

Experience in a fast-food chain or restaurant is an added advantage.

Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Willing to travel to support outlet operations at various locations.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday.

Valid Typhoid Injection and Food Handler Certificate.

Fun, positive, and energetic personality.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING HERE

You will support the daily operations of the outlet by preparing food and beverages, handling cashier transactions, and maintaining inventory at optimal levels. You will ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. This role also involves supporting the outlet in achieving sales targets, maintaining high quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC) standards, assisting in training new team members, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Responsibility

Prepare food and beverages daily according to company standards and SOPs.

Handle cashier duties, including accurate cash handling and transactions.

Monitor inventory levels, maintain optimal stock, and assist with stock ordering.

Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Additional Responsibility

Support the outlet in achieving monthly sales targets.

Assist in maintaining high QSC standards and ensuring zero customer complaints.

Support the training and guidance of new team members in the outlet.

Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Cover shifts during manpower shortages when required.

Assist in controlling COGS and minimizing wastage in line with the company’s agreed targets and standards.

Perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by the company from time to time.
