Job Summary
Join as a Service Advisor in the Bereavement Care & Afterlife Services industry, building your own client network with flexible, commission-based work. Receive training and mentorship to develop skills in communication, sales, business development, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to identify their needs and provide clear explanations of bereavement and afterlife service options
Build and maintain client relationships to expand your personal network and grow your business
Apply communication and relationship management skills to support clients professionally and empathetically
Develop sales strategies and execute business development activities to increase client base and revenue
Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance industry knowledge, sales skills, and leadership capabilities
Manage your schedule flexibly to balance work with personal commitments while meeting business requirements
Demonstrate self-drive and responsibility by learning and applying new skills to build a sustainable client-based business
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in communication, customer service, management, networking, sales, or relationship building
Willingness to learn and adapt to a new industry; no prior funeral-industry experience required
Interest in developing long-term business and personal branding skills
Comfortable engaging with diverse clients and handling sensitive conversations with care
Other Information
This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed monthly salary
Income depends on individual business performance, commissions, and incentives; earnings vary by results
