Business Development Manager (Renewable Energy) - Japanese-speaking

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: Up to RM20,000/month + allowances

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Flexible Working Hours)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to sustainable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and account development
• Promote and sell renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients
• Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Report sales activities and business performance to management

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience
• Experience using Microsoft 365
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred

• Experience in Renewable Energy, EPC, or Industrial Equipment industries
• B2B marketing experience
• Proposal-based sales and contract negotiation experience
