Role Description

The Apprentice role at INZY is an internship position based on-site in Singapore.

This is a 2 weeks programme, of which selected interns may be offered a 2 week extension.

Program highlights:

1. Fireside chats with Private Bankers, 7-8 figure local entrepreneurs and content creators.

2. Attend our colour analysis course to learn more about how to bring out your best look.

3. Undergo a comprehensive enneagram programme to learn more about your strengths and which career choice fits you.

4. Site visits to fund managers office, healthcare facilities.

5. Go through a one week comprehensive personal finance program where you learn how to navigate through investments, taxes, housing, CPF and more as you prepae to step into the working world.

6. Overseas opportunity at the end of the programme.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English, with a focus on explaining complex information in simple, relatable terms.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work respectfully in diverse teams and accept feedback constructively.
• Curiosity about insurance, financial services, or customer experience, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a diploma or degree program; fields such as business, communications, or related disciplines are an advantage but not required.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Singapore for the duration of the internship.
