We are looking for an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant service operations and support the restaurant management team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant service operations
Lead and coordinate service staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service
Assist with staff scheduling and deployment
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service
Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Monitor stock levels and restaurant supplies
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Train and guide new service staff
Support management in achieving restaurant operational and sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B or restaurant experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
Customer-service oriented
Able to work effectively in a team
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
