• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

HR Administration

• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Assist in preparing job offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.

• Support daily HR administrative processes and ensure proper filing of employee documentation.

• Assist with HR-related matters in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  
  Recruitment & Employee Engagement

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and team initiatives.

• Assist in collecting employee feedback and preparing reports when required.

• Help prepare internal HR communications and announcements.
  
  General HR Support

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

• Assist with HR projects, employee activities, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

• Handle employee information and confidential documents professionally.
