Job Purpose

Develop, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to ensure long-term scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements and contributing to continuous improvement while adhering to ITIL and agile principles. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and proactive problem-solving are key, alongside the ability to support integrations and API configurations, aligned with business needs.

Key Activities

• Platform administration across production and non-production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform defects
• Implement, test, and deploy new features and enhancements
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using scripting and configuration
• Monitor platform performance and stability
• Maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to platform governance and best practices
• Share knowledge within the team
• Support technical innovation and continuous improvement

Specialist Knowledge (work experience, further qualification)

• ServiceNow platform administration
• Client-side scripting (Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)
• Server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Actions, etc.)
• JavaScript and ServiceNow development
• Testing and deployment processes
• Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Work timing: EMEA hours (3pm-12am MYT)
