Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote IT support for Windows desktop environments.
Manage and Maintain Active Directory and Group Policies on a Hybrid Solution.
Manage the deployment of client machines using PXE automation and deployment systems.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including remote management and monitoring tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on client machines.
Manage IT inventory, including tracking and maintaining hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with other teams to support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/ITE in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT desktop support, with a focus on Windows environments.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Client, MCSA or CompTIA are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, deployment automation, and remote management tools.
Experience with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
