Job Scope

1.Procurement Strategy Development

•Provide end-to-end support, advice and training on procurement policy, procedures, and system.
•Identify potential procurement risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, price volatility) and develop mitigation strategies.                                                                                             

2.Supplier Relationship Management

•Establish and maintain list of approved vendors. (Demand Aggregate Contracts across multiple project site)
•Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
•Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, pricing, and performance.

3. Contract Negotiation & Administration
• Review and update procurement t&c for goods or services purchases.
• Lead contract negotiation and supplier management process to ensure quality, value for money (pricing) for the delivery of goods or services.
•Supervise procurement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.

4.Budget & Cost Control
•Manage the procurement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with overall financial goals.
•Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to achieve cost reduction targets without compromising quality.

5.Reporting & Collaboration
•Ensure proper documentations of all procurement activities and to support internal and external audits.

6.Team Leadership & Development
•Lead the procurement team &set clear goals and performance metrics for the procurement team.
 

Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 years of procurement working experience &  in a managerial or leadership role.
