End-User IT Support Engineer | Esmegen Consultants | Singapore

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people with everyday IT problems and is comfortable managing Microsoft 365. You’ll be part of our managed IT services team, supporting customers with everything from getting a new joiner ready for their first day to troubleshooting a mailbox or device issue.

Good support means getting people back to work, keeping them updated along the way, and making sure access is set up or removed correctly. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of a ticket and follows it through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts and access for new joiners, remove access when staff leave, reset passwords and assign Microsoft 365 licences.
• Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online, including shared mailboxes and distribution groups.
• Manage devices through Microsoft Intune, deploy Windows updates and support Android device enrolment and management.
• Manage Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID and review Microsoft Defender alerts and security settings.
• Read audit logs to investigate issues and open and follow up on support cases with Microsoft when needed.
• Keep users updated, document what was done and escalate issues with enough detail for the next person to pick up.

Qualifications

• Completed Microsoft training relevant to Microsoft 365 administration or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online.
• Ability to troubleshoot account, email, collaboration and device issues and explain the next steps in plain language.
• Good follow-through on support tickets, including clear updates when an issue takes longer to resolve.
