Our client is part of a global group specialising in entrance solutions, including automatic doors, industrial doors and access systems. The company provides products and services for commercial, industrial and building environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve service and maintenance sales targets, while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow service and maintenance business.
Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable service solutions through consultative selling and regular follow-ups.
Lead and guide the service sales team, set performance targets and monitor sales achievements.
Work closely with service technicians and internal departments to coordinate site surveys, technical assessments, manpower planning and service delivery.
Apply mechanical and engineering knowledge to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions to customers.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports, negotiate contracts and identify opportunities to improve business growth.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance sales within the engineering, building, construction, lifts or elevator industry.
Strong mechanical and engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with service technicians.
Proven experience in business development, key account management and achieving sales targets.
Leadership experience in guiding or managing a sales team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Willing to travel for customer and site visits when required.
