Ideal for someone who enjoys sales, social media, content creation, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding our reach beyond showroom walk-in traffic, with an initial focus on apparel and future expansion into accessories and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through showroom, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Create engaging content including product photos, artwork, social media posts, and short videos.
• Maintain and update digital product catalogues.
• Promote new arrivals, campaigns, and merchandise collections online.
• Process orders and coordinate customer collections or deliveries.
• Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
• Support merchandise promotions, events, and dealership activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Able to create content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and organized.
• Retail, sales, e-commerce, or social media experience is an advantage.
• Interest in motorcycles, lifestyle brands, or fashion retail is a plus.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
