Kangaroo Learning Centre Pte Ltd (“KLC”) was established in Singapore in May 2022 as part of the Fang Tian Education Group, a leading education institution founded in 2014 in China, which serves over 100,000 students annually.

We are one of Singapore’s fastest-growing math tuition centres. Out of 4000 students who participated in the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad (SMO), 118 students were invited for Rounds 2 and 51 are from our learning center. Job Overview:

This role offers an opportunity to develop into a future founder and expand our business in Hong Kong. It is designed for individuals who aspire to grow beyond classroom teaching and take on leadership responsibilities in education. Successful candidates will initially receive training and mentorship in Singapore, gaining hands-on experience in teaching, centre operations and management. Through continuous development and performance-based progression, they will work towards establishing and leading a learning centre in Hong Kong, building a team and growing the business in a new market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn the company's teaching methodologies, curriculum standards and classroom management practices.

• Receive training and mentorship in centre operations, team management and leadership.

• Familiarise yourself with the company's operating systems, management practices and business model.

• Deliver mathematics lessons and support students' learning and development.

• Apply learned teaching standards and management practices to daily work.

• Participate in centre operations, parent engagement, student recruitment and team collaboration.

• Lead the establishment and operation of a learning centre in Hong Kong.

• Build and develop a local team, including training and team management.

• Align the company's teaching methodologies and educational programmes with Hong Kong's education system and local requirements.

• Develop and design mathematics syllabuses and teaching materials in accordance with Hong Kong's education system and local curriculum requirements.

• Understand the Hong Kong local education environment, student needs and parent expectations.

• Take ownership of centre operations and contribute to sustainable business growth.

• Support and participate in any teaching-related tasks and activities assigned by the centre.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, HKU, or equivalent).

• Willingness to undergo initial training in Singapore and relocate to Hong Kong.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• No prior teaching experience required — comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
