Haven Art Therapy is Singapore’s leading art psychotherapy clinic for emotionally dysregulated children. We help children who struggle with big emotions such as anxiety, anger, meltdowns or trauma responses through therapy designed around how they naturally express themselves. Using art, creativity and child-led techniques, we help kids feel safe, seen and heard — leading to therapy that’s not only effective, but genuinely loved by children.

We’re now looking for a compassionate, organised, and driven Clinic Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create an exceptional experience for children and families while supporting the daily operations of our clinic. You'll work alongside experienced art therapists, gain valuable exposure to the field of child psychotherapy, and be part of a clinic that is reimagining how children experience therapy in Singapore.

What You’ll Own

• Exceptional Client Experience – Welcome children and families, respond to enquiries, and ensure every interaction feels warm, professional, and supportive.
• Clinic Operations – Support appointment scheduling, session coordination, payment administration, and day-to-day clinic activities.
• A Safe & Welcoming Environment – Prepare therapy rooms, organise art materials, and maintain a beautiful, comfortable space for children and families.
• Parent Communication – Assist with appointment reminders, follow-ups, and routine administrative communications to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Operational Excellence – Maintain accurate records, support our therapists, and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
