Your new role

• Lead AI & Data Science delivery - Manage teams and end-to-end delivery of AI and data science projects, from strategy and solution design through implementation.
• Drive business impact through AI - Identify opportunities and apply machine learning, deep learning and NLP to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead client & stakeholder engagement - Partner with clients and cross-functional teams, translating complex technical insights into clear recommendations while providing thought leadership and guidance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience in Data Science / Machine Learning & AI, with strong knowledge of ML models and Deep Learning.
• Strong technical foundation with team leadership experience, able to guide technical teams while balancing technical understanding with people/project leadership.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery & stakeholder management experience, with the ability to manage projects from requirements through delivery.

Good-to-have

• Consulting experience, particularly within a client-facing environment.
• Cloud development / cloud application experience.
