Job Summary
Perform skin and body analysis for customers and deliver beauty treatments following company standards. Manage customer enquiries and bookings while maintaining a clean and organized branch environment. Build lasting customer relationships through professional service and product recommendations.
Responsibilities
Analyze skin and body conditions for new and returning customers to tailor treatment plans
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including skin, face, hair removal, and skin whitening according to company procedures
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the branch to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage appointment bookings efficiently
Provide professional recommendations on products and treatments to meet customer needs
Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working as a Beautician is an advantage
