About Us

Gacha Grails is a Malaysian trading card game (TCG) and collectibles company operating an e-commerce platform focused on gacha pulls. We work with high-value blind slab and TCG stock, and we are building a lean, experienced team to run our operations with precision and care.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment activities. This is a hands-on role that involves receiving stock, inventory management, order fulfilment, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfilment

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify incoming stock and ensure inventory is received correctly.
• Operate barcode scanning and inventory management systems.
• Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality and packaging standards.
• Coordinate with courier partners for order collection and shipment.

E-Commerce & Platform Management

• Create and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Support order processing and fulfilment workflows.
• Monitor order status and assist in resolving fulfilment issues, returns, and customer order queries.
• Assist with auction activities and live sale operations when required.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records in both physical and digital systems.
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged stock, or replenishment requirements.
• Assist with gacha pool stock preparation and pull readiness.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfilment.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and stock handling.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing platforms.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the operations team.

Nice-to-Have

• Background in TCG, collectibles, or blind slabs is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian courier and logistics operations.
• Experience with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or similar.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
