Job Description

  • Support Daily Procurement Operations
  • Supplier Communication & Quotation Analysis
  • Order Tracking, Delivery Coordination & follow up on payment enquiry with suppliers / internals
  • Data Entry, Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Inventory & Logistics Support
  • Compliance & Documentation Control

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in an engineering-related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving and task execution.
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Working Location: Pasir Ris
