Brand Retail Sales Associate (Urgent Hiring)
Basic Salary:
$2,750 (Including $100 Full Attendance Allowance)
Gross Salary:
$3,000+ (Including Commission, Allowances & Bonuses)
Location:
HarbourFront / Jurong East
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Operating Hours)
8-hour rotating shifts
Monthly Rest Days: 6–8 (Based on Roster)
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell branded wooden crafts, accessories, and gift products
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle cashier operations and process customer transactions
Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly organized
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts
Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping duties
Work closely with team members to achieve sales performance targets
Requirements:
Relevant retail sales experience is required
Strong sales skills and ability to achieve performance targets
Experience in branded retail, lifestyle products, or gift retail is preferred
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a target-driven retail environment
Willing to undergo product knowledge and cashier system training
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
