JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and employment offers.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records and prepare employment, confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, renewal, and resignation documents.
• Payroll & Statutory Contributions: Process or verify payroll, overtime, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.
• Attendance & Leave: Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, leave records, and attendance allowances.
• Performance Management: Coordinate KPIs, performance appraisals, probation reviews, training, and disciplinary matters and update the employee handbook, HR policies, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee engagement, welfare, and HR-related issues.
• Management Support: Liaise with relevant authorities and advise management on HR matters..

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll, and statutory contributions.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Working Hour

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
Break Time : 1pm - 2pm
Off Day : Sunday

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur, 56100): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Human resources: 1 year (Required)
