Universal Serviced Offices Sdn Bhd (USO) operates coworking facilities in Kuala Lumpur and Labuan. USO specializes in serviced offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices and all associated services.

We currently have a vacancy based in Kuala Lumpur at our stunning facilities in Bangsar South and Mid Valley for a Business Centre Executive. You will be the face of our customer experience as part of a vibrant team who are focused on providing exceptional customer service.

Business Centre Executive (Customer Service & Operations)

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents
• A general competency with the major social media platforms
• Organization and planning skills a plus
• A fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Candidates must be currently residing in Malaysia and authorized to work in Malaysia
