The Medical Sales Representatives key role is to promote and sell company's products to Private Hospital covering region of Cental, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor,

o Liaise with customer on complaints and quality issue, cheque collection.
o Medical Device Sales to general clinics & pharmacies in assigned area.
o Manage and plan monthly, weekly and daily sales routes in assigned market.
o Listening customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
o Developing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone call and emails.
o Responding promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries
o Acting as contact between company and its existing and potential markets.
o Gathering market and customer information.
o Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
o Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s requirements.
o Attending meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
o Updating daily sales and collection activities report
o Filling customer complaint form and highlight to QC for investigation.
o Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to expand business opportunities
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
