An import & export of building materials company located at KOTA DAMANSARA is looking for the above position to be filled as soon as possible. Job Summary

• Issue delivery order and shipping list update every weekly.
• Organise & coordinate Shipment schedules via logistic platform via lalamove, superKF and other runner services.
• Logistic tracking: Follow up with drivers and transporters for DO delivery confirmation.
• Operation support: Familiar with warehouse outsourcing services & packing requirements.
• Handle stock managements and stock take to match system accuracy every monthly.
• Stock inventory managements to link with live management sharings.
• Manage digital fillings for PO, DO & invoices.
• Handle admin duties, vendor liaison, office supplies and procurements.
• Provide support for administrative to Management & cross department functions.

Job Requirements

• SPM or Fresh School Leaver.
• 1-2 years working experience in related field.
• Can Communicate & Write to China Office every week on packing list.
• Can start immediately within short notice.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
