Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 applications and services.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the overall health of the M365 environment.
Develop and maintain documentation related to M365 support processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
Skillset Requirements:
Strong understanding of M365 architecture, services, and features.
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting M365 applications.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users and IT teams.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Positive attitude towards work and a desire to learn.
