Join us in driving a major digital transformation across the organization. As the
Digital Adoption & Change Manager,
you will lead the adoption of our One Corporate Portal, helping employees and suppliers transition from manual processes to seamless digital self-service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
Develop engaging training and communication programs.
Ensure operational readiness for new digital solutions.
Promote self-service and automated workflows.
Monitor user adoption and continuously improve the user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, and Global business Services (GBS).
Job requirements :
Degree in Business, Communications Management and Innovation or a related field
5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, User Adoption, or Project Management.
Proven experience driving adoption of new systems and digital solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
Experience in driving organizational change and user adoption of new systems is preferred.
Ability to analyze adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Salary Range : $6,000.00 – $8,000.00
Location : East
