The Role
You'll be the main point of contact for customers placing catering, corporate, and event orders, making sure every order is confirmed, prepared, delivered, and paid for on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries for catering, corporate orders, events, and bulk orders via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and issue invoices
• Coordinate with the kitchen, outlets, and delivery team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time
• Follow up on payments and work with the accounts team on outstanding collections
• Maintain an organised order schedule and track all orders until completion
• Follow up with customers after orders to get feedback and encourage repeat business
• Maintain customer and corporate client databases
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
• Support management with sales activities such as corporate proposals and client follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• At least [1–2] years of experience in sales admin, sales coordination, or customer service; F&B or catering experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Friendly, responsive, and customer-focused
• Willing to occasionally work outside office hours for urgent orders or events

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
