Responsible for preparing and updating interior design (ID) drawings, space planning, and technical layouts for new outlets, renovations, and improvement projects. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy, compliance with company standards, and timely project completion. Conduct site visits, review construction drawings, and support project coordination from design development to implementation.

• Prepare and update ID drawings, layouts, and technical drawings for new outlets and renovation projects.
• Develop space plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on design requirements.
• Prepare drawings for finishes, materials, fixtures, furniture layouts, and installation details.
• Verify site measurements and existing conditions before preparing drawings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work follows approved designs and drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions based on site conditions.
• Review contractor drawings and coordinate necessary amendments.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, CI guidelines, safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and material selections for management approval.
• Assist with 3D visualisation, rendering, and design presentations when required.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project approvals.
• Identify design discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating multiple projects and ensuring timely completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
