Responsible for equipment supporting precision manufacturing, advanced build-up technologies, assembly, and automation, including:

· Precision drilling and material processing equipment

· Laser processing and machining systems

· Surface preparation and material finishing equipment

· Lamination, pressing, and bonding equipment

· Thermal processing and curing systems

· Material handling and factory automation systems

· Advanced assembly, packaging, and encapsulation equipment

· Robotics and automated manufacturing systems

The role requires strong expertise in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, precision motion control, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Education

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.(chemistry or physics)

· Master's Degree is an advantage.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.

· Experience in semiconductor, IC substrate, advanced packaging, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.

· Proven experience in equipment reliability improvement, asset management, and operational support.

· Experience supporting customer audits, qualifications, and technical escalations is preferred.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
