The People Systems team builds enterprise products for Sea’s employees and HR teams across global markets, using AI to improve how people find information, complete tasks, and manage HR operations. Our work spans AI assistants, reusable business skills, and platform capabilities that connect AI with enterprise systems. As an AI Product Manager, you will turn complex HR processes into intuitive, reliable products, taking ideas from prototype validation to real-world adoption and measurable business impact.

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities: Understand user needs and pain points across onboarding, employee services, performance management, and other People workflows. Shape product direction and priorities based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Own end-to-end product delivery: Lead discovery, product definition, delivery, and iteration. Translate complex business rules and market-specific requirements into clear product specifications, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Design AI agents and business workflows: Translate user intent and HR processes into reusable business skills and tool-enabled workflows. Define how agents retrieve information, execute tasks, and handle exceptions, with appropriate user confirmation and human intervention.
• Build and validate solutions hands-on: Use AI tools and application builders to rapidly prototype and validate conversational experiences, intelligent search, and business applications. Partner with engineering teams to connect solutions with People systems through capabilities such as MCP.
• Drive product quality and business outcomes: Develop evaluation cases covering accuracy, task completion, and edge cases. Incorporate access controls, sensitive data protection, and human review into product design, and continuously improve adoption, reliability, and efficiency.
• Drive rollout across teams and markets: Collaborate with HR, engineering, design, QA, and regional teams to launch products and drive adoption. Develop user guides and reusable best practices, and establish feedback loops that help teams integrate AI into daily work.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the internet industry, including product management experience. Experience in HR technology, enterprise systems, B2B SaaS, or internal tools is a plus.
• Strong logical and structured thinking, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements, break down complex workflows, and develop practical product solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications and familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, or workflow automation. Understand their capabilities and limitations, and be able to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Ability to engage with engineering teams on system integration, tool use, and permission design. Experience with MCP, RAG, or AI-assisted prototyping is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to evaluate product outcomes and align business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven and quick to learn, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, take initiative, and own outcomes.
