7:30am – 4:30pm
Key Roles
Build positive relationships; provide timely guidance and follow-up
Manage conduct/behavioural incidents; de-escalation, conflict resolution, restorative follow-up
Supervise students; monitor interactions/patterns; report emerging concerns
Collaborate with school staff/stakeholders; liaise with parents/guardians
Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, interventions, and follow-ups
Undertake other student management duties as assigned
Requirements
Recognised
Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree
or equivalent in a relevant discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder-management skills
