Job Description: Single Point of Accountability

• Provide site-level leadership and accountability for MEP operations, maintenance activities, and daily technical service delivery at the assigned Data Center site.
• Act as the key site interface with the client's Engineer on Duty for work orders, permits, JSA, daily coordination, RCA follow-up, and technical updates.
• Lead technicians and site teams to ensure planned, reactive, and corrective works are completed safely, on time, and in line with SLA, compliance, and critical environment requirements.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP operations, facilities maintenance, or critical facilities management.
• At least 2–3 years of experience leading technicians, maintenance teams, or site operations.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, fire protection, and BMS.
• Experience managing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, breakdown response, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with work permits, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA requirements.
• Prior experience in Data Center operations or mission-critical environments is preferred.
