Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and customer-oriented Sales Associate who can adapt to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role focuses on promoting and selling products and packages, engaging with guests, and delivering excellent customer service across various site locations, including indoor, outdoor, and water-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products, packages, and services to guests by explaining available options, pricing, and promotions.
• Engage with guests proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or packages.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalised customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall site revenue.
• Handle sales transactions, process payments, and operate cashiering systems accurately.
• Assist guests with product enquiries, purchases, and order collection where required.
• Maintain product displays, sales counters, and assigned work areas in a clean and organised manner.
• Support daily sales operations, including cashiering, order processing, and other assigned duties.
• Assist in promotional activities and upselling initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with site operating procedures, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining respect for guest privacy and cultural sensitivities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic photography and editing skills are an advantage
• Willing to work in flexible roles and different environments (indoor/outdoor/water-based)
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Location: Legoland, Johor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
