1 Year Contract

Salary: 3500 sgd per month gross

Scope of work:

Scheduled visit on every Monday, other days should cover dispatch activities in Singapore

• Stock Management & Validation
• Perform periodic stock checks and maintain updated records in Excel.
• Onsite Device Support
• Standard incident support (installations, testing, accessory issues, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Coordination with RDS/second-level support teams.
• Device Lifecycle Tasks
• Laptop builds and configuration.
• Device wiping and preparation for reuse or disposal (if Supplier can utilise Beazley’s Data Wiping tool and facilitate the devices for Beazley’s disposal partner for pickup / collection of devices)
• Organizing shipping of devices.
• Workplace & Meeting Room Support
• Basic support for meeting rooms (VC devices, connectivity, cables).
• Printer checks and troubleshooting.
• Software Support
• Addressing basic software issues and coordinating escalation if required.
• Routine Visit Tasks
• Desk checks (cables, connectivity, device issues).
• Meeting room/VC device validation.
• Updating stock and device issue logs.
• Liaison & Coordination
• Work closely with office manager to handle incidents and ensure smooth operations
