JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with and potential customers.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities for quartz stone, granite, marble and other stone products.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales leads.
• Attend meetings with customers, contractors, interior designers, kitchen cabinet companies and developers.
• Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable stone products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team on orders and project requirements.
• Monitor sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts Department when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Assist in resolving customer enquiries, complaints and project-related issues.
• Work closely with the Production, Site Installation and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the stone, quartz stone, construction, renovation, kitchen cabinet or interior design industry.
• Experience dealing with contractors, developers, interior designers or kitchen cabinet companies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales interest are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
