We are looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to build and improve secure, scalable, and automated cloud and platform environments. The role will work across infrastructure, automation, observability, developer platforms, and ITSM integrations to improve engineering efficiency and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure.
• Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Create and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Build integrations with REST APIs and automate operational workflows.
• Configure and manage observability, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting platforms.
• Work with tools such as OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Integrate Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or similar platforms with engineering workflows.
• Automate incident creation, alerting, escalation, and ticket-management processes.
• Support central platform or Internal Developer Platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, security, and infrastructure teams to improve reliability and developer experience.
• Implement security and operational best practices across CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with observability and telemetry platforms.
• Experience integrating ITSM or incident-management platforms through APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working with Internal Developer Platforms or central platform teams.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and secure infrastructure practices.
• Experience building developer self-service tools and automated platform workflows.
