Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Industry: Early Childhood Education & Early Intervention

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave administration and employee relations.
• Handle employment contracts, work passes, staff records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF and relevant ECDA requirements.
• Manage staff attendance, overtime claims, leave entitlements and payroll accuracy.
• Support performance appraisals, disciplinary matters and employee grievances.
• Implement and review HR policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment across multiple centres.
• Prepare HR reports and support management in HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll processing and HR management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the education, preschool or multi-site operations sector is an advantage.
