Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related field.

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP implementation, application support or similar roles.

• Good understanding of business processes and workflow.

• Experience gathering requirements and conducting UAT.

• Experience working with software developers or vendors.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willing to visit and understand actual operational processes.

Preferred

• ERP experience.

• Fleet/logistics systems.

• Warehouse/inventory systems.

• Workshop/maintenance systems.

• SQL/database knowledge.

• Excel/Power Query.

• Power BI.

• API/integration knowledge.

• Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution or trading.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Executive to support the company's business systems and digital transformation initiatives.

The role will work closely with business users, the internal digital transformation team and external software developers to understand operational requirements, improve processes and ensure systems meet business needs.

The successful candidate should be comfortable understanding how the business operates, asking the right questions, documenting requirements and following projects through implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document business processes and workflows.

• Gather requirements from operational users and management.

• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and system specifications.

• Identify process inefficiencies, duplicate work and manual processes.

• Assist in evaluating potential system improvements.

System Implementation

• Support implementation of new systems and system enhancements.

• Coordinate requirements, development, testing and UAT.

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Track bugs, issues and Change Requests.

• Verify that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.

• Support deployment and post-implementation activities.

Vendor & Developer Coordination

• Liaise with software developers and vendors on assigned projects.

• Clarify requirements and follow up on outstanding issues.

• Monitor project progress and deliverables.

• Maintain records of requirements, decisions and changes.

• Escalate major issues to the Manager.

User Support & Adoption

• Assist users with system-related issues.

• Identify recurring user problems and recommend improvements.

• Prepare SOPs, user guides and training materials.

• Conduct user training where required.

• Develop and support departmental super users.

Documentation & System Governance

• Maintain system documentation.

• Maintain requirements, process maps and UAT records.

• Assist with system health reviews and issue tracking.

• Maintain an up-to-date register of system issues, enhancements and Change Requests.
